Here she is number three in the embroidery line up.
She makes me smile and I can't wait to get started on her.
It's that time again!! Get ready for The Small Blog Meet and Fresh Sewing Day!!! I look forward to doing this each month, because I have found some really talented people out there with inspiring blogs. Thanks again to the wonderful and lovely Lily's Quilts for hosting such a fun event each 1st of the month. If you haven't been to her blog, stop doing what your doing and check it out post haste!
Will up date Miss Peachy soon.
Good morning - I'm re-paying the visit (can you say that? sometimes I invent words that don't actually exist), as I'm in early morning quick e-mail answer mode I will have a look through your blog later today. Seeing Miss Peachy - mabe I should give stitching a try, I'm just not much of a pencil artist, the only recognisable thing I can draw is tree. Did you "think" her up or is it a pattern? maybe if it's a better I stand a chance in the stitching world. But at the moment I need to take care of my hexies.
ReplyDeleteShe is cute!
ReplyDeleteI looked further down and saw the ones you have aready completed and they turn out lovely. Looking forward to seeing how this one will turn out.

ReplyDeleteHi JanuaryT thanks for visiting blog. This is great fun, finding all these lovely new blogs. I am following yours now too. I love your modern blocks. It is something I have never tried. Really must try one day. I also love your embroidery. They look so much fun !!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Quilting.
Hi I am repaying your visit. Did you hand draw her? What are you going to do with her when done? Quilt? Apron? Dishtowel? I am going to go look for #s 1 and 2 now.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my site January. It's always a pleasure hear from new people and visit new blogs. Little Miss Peachy is just too cute. She, and all your other embroidery, reminds me of those 1950s fruit and veggie dish towel transfers that have always been so popular. Very fun.
ReplyDeleteI love your embroidery work, it is so fun! I scrolled down and saw your Japanese X blocks too, I love them! It is neat how all the different fabrics mesh so well together!
